Spending diary

Do you know where you spent your allowance this week??!  Chances are, you're not too sure...  a Spending Diary is the first step in taking control.

Your tutor will give you a Diary - keep it for one week, writing down every time you spend money, and answering the questions on each page.  You're doing this for you - so be truthful - you won't be showing it to anyone.
